Panama City After General Strike, October 26.

At 12:55 P.M. the situation in Avenida Balboa, Panama City, Panama, seems rather quiet. There are very few cars on the road, people are waiting for a bus at a bus stop. The video is made from one of the skyscrapers in Avenida Balboa:
